Go Green Tribute: Planting for Zubeen Garg

 Basugaon College organized a “Go Green Tribute” tree-plantation drive on 31 October 2025 in loving memory of Assam’s music icon, Late Zubeen Garg, honoring his legacy through environmental stewardship. Led by the NSS and VSS Cell, students, faculty, and volunteers planted saplings across the campus, pledging to nurture them as symbols of hope and responsibility. The initiative promoted sustainability, community service, and cultural remembrance, inspiring participants to act for a greener future.
